5 Day Nutritive Cleanse

Hello and Happy New Year!

I trust you all had a wonderful holiday season with family and loved ones. We had a lovely holiday with family in Perth including the celebration of our little brother's wedding, so we are feeling refreshed and blessed to start a new year.

I have had lots of fun writing declarations for the new year and praying into our future and now it is time to implement some of these things. This year my declaration in regards to health is "I Choose to be healthy and vibrant, partaking of the good gifts of nature to nourish and heal my body, soul and spirit. I am healthy, fit and strong."

So to start afresh, I am beginning the year with Young Living's 5 day Nutritive Cleanse which I did about 6 months ago.
